A fuzzy logic system is a “methodology for computing with words” (Zadeh, 1996), according with this, the Fuzzy Logic allows a better understanding of how we represent the expert experience and knowledge, in order to know the phenomenon inside his mind and the way that he make decisions in different environments, this way a model is obtained that considers all the information in the process to determine the ability to flight or not, depends of weather factors. The project take this way because Purdue University doesn’t have strict rules to determine when the weather is not flyable, for this reason, the AI (Artificial Intelligence) has to learn how make the decisions with inference rules, these rules provide us experts; in our case, aviation experts, who can give us some of keys to make a great software for determine the ability to flight with certain weather factors.
